Ariel is the green haired goblin behind the crochet magic. She has been crocheting for over 20 years and has continued to grow her skills to bring everyone fun, eclectic clothing and accessories. Taught by the many women in her life, she now shares her skills by teaching classes at Wick-ed Palette Studio in Downtown Toledo.

Ariel Kay Crochet was originally established in 2017, when Ariel opened an Etsy shop and did one small school workshop. After six months, life did its thing and Ariel put the crochet business in the past, but continued to create. In 2023, Ariel signed up to be a vendor at an opening boutique and took the opportunity to sell her goods again and hasn’t looked back. In 2025, after long being asked, she began teaching crochet classes!
